📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily accounting tasks, including invoicing, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.
• Handle payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial support to the operations team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with the management team to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
