📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interviews.,Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Maintain and update job descriptions and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.,Assist in the administration of recruitment processes, including applicant tracking and communication.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry and report generation.,Collaborate with other departments to understand their staffing needs and requirements.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
