📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and contribute to overall company growth.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Represent the company at various events and meetings, both internally and externally.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices.
