📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on manufacturing tools.
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Use MES and SPC software to track and analyze manufacturing data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges and improve processes.
• Document and report on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related industry.
• Familiarity with MES and SPC software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Certification in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
