📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Administer and enforce company policies related to leave, attendance, and discipline.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
