BOLT Pratama is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department. If you are passionate about HR and want to make a difference, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including conflicts and grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR goals are met.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
