PT Cempaka Wardhana is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds, combining the convenience of remote work with the collaborative environment of our office in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur.

As a Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our laboratory tests and analyses. Your work will contribute to the overall success of our projects and the well-being of our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform various laboratory tests and analyses according to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Prepare and maintain laboratory records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory protocols and procedures.
  • Provide technical support to other team members as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the laboratory.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.
  • Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
