As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Assist customers with their laundry needs and answer any questions they may have.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Report any issues or concerns to the management team.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using office software.,Familiarity with cash handling and financial transactions.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
