RADIUS Pratama is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Supply Chain Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Manager in various tasks, including inventory management, procurement, and logistics. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock records.,Support the procurement process by creating purchase orders and tracking vendor performances.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Assist in the planning and execution of logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.,Monitor and report on key supply chain metrics and KPIs.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain Manager as needed.,Participate in cross-functional projects and teams to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.,Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in supply chain or logistics.,Basic knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
