AETHER Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Admin Cashier to join our team in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Process financial transactions, including sales, refunds, and deposits, with precision.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure high performance standards.,Handle cash handling and bank deposits to ensure proper accounting procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to support smooth operations.,Resolve any cashiering issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashiering or administrative role.,Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail in financial transactions.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software and financial systems.,Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed.
