📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store assistants, providing guidance and support.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet store targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Assist in the preparation and execution of store promotions and events.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in managing inventory and sales is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
