📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Perform and interpret laboratory tests, including but not limited to, chemical, biological, and physical tests.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians on proper techniques and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new testing methods and protocols.,Ensure all laboratory documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.,Conduct quality control checks to verify the accuracy and consistency of test results.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and handling of hazardous materials.
