NEXA Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security management and a strong commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily security operations and ensuring the safety of employees and visitors.,Conducting regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Managing and training junior security guards to ensure high standards of security are maintained.,Responding to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.,Maintaining and updating security protocols and procedures to address evolving threats.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant security regulations and company policies.,Providing regular security reports to management and addressing any security concerns.,Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall security measures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security guard roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Proven ability to manage and train security personnel effectively.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and risk assessment techniques.,Valid security guard certification and any additional relevant certifications.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Good physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
