📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and coordinating sales operations to ensure efficient and effective processes.,Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.,Support the sales team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales data.,Assist in the preparation and organization of sales materials, presentations, and other promotional materials.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of sales-related tasks and projects.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.,Support the sales team in maintaining and updating sales tools, software, and other technological resources.,Assist in the analysis and reporting of sales performance and other key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and clients.,Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).,Basic understanding of sales operations and processes.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
