📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the performance of the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring as needed.,Set and track sales targets and ensure that they are met.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies as needed.,Conduct regular sales meetings and provide updates to management.,Ensure that all sales processes and procedures are followed.,Analyze sales data and provide reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales management role.,Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
