📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and implement quality management systems and processes in the Cell Therapy & Clinical Trials department.,Ensure compliance with international and local quality standards and regulations.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor and improve quality standards.,Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.,Provide training and guidance to staff on quality management practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Maintain and update quality management documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the healthcare or biotechnology industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing quality management systems and processes.,Strong knowledge of international quality standards such as ISO 9001, GMP, and GLP.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
