📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the registration and admission process for patients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.,Provide information and guidance to patients and their families about hospital policies, procedures, and available services.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth admission process for patients.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for patient privacy and dignity.,Assist in the preparation of patient rooms and equipment for incoming patients.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of admission protocols and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and visitors, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient service or administrative role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of hospital admission processes and patient care protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with hospital management systems and electronic health records is a plus.,Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude.,Ability to work part-time hours, typically 15-20 hours per week.
