Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities Limited is seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our Disability Support & Life Skills (DS-LS) Programme in Bali, Indonesia. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to develop essential life skills and improve their quality of life. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide one-on-one support and guidance to individuals with disabilities, helping them to develop essential life skills.,Assist in the implementation of the DS-LS Programme, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the programme's objectives and guidelines.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the needs and progress of individuals with disabilities.,Develop and implement individualised support plans for each participant, in collaboration with the programme's team.,Organise and facilitate group activities and workshops to promote social inclusion and skill development.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all programme activities and participant progress.,Collaborate with local partners, organisations, and stakeholders to enhance the programme's impact and reach.,Promote the programme's goals and achievements through various communication channels and platforms.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a related field, preferably in the context of disability support.,Strong knowledge of disability rights and inclusion principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Understanding of local Indonesian culture and context is a plus.,Valid work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
