As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and storing inventory to managing staff and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.
  • Manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for restocking as needed.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse.
  • Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and standards.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license.
