Your daily tasks will include prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management, utilizing our CRM system and other marketing tools to streamline your efforts.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential clients through various marketing channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term business partnerships.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase our market share and drive business growth.
• Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot to manage and track client interactions and sales opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the financial services industry.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve better results.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing activities and client acquisition efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of success in client acquisition, lead generation, and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
