📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• Manage the export-import process, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipping arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export-import transactions.
• Stay informed about the latest regulations and best practices in international trade.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proven experience in managing the export-import process, including documentation and customs clearance.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
