📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the 10-month in-house finance transition, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee HR processes, including payroll, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage and optimize financial systems, including ERP software like SAP or Oracle.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and governance.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to finance and HR team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in financial software, including ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
