As an EXIM and Customs Specialist in Karawang, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless import and export operations, compliance with customs regulations, and efficient logistics management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee import and export transactions, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners to facilitate smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and international trade policies to ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on customs procedures and international trade best practices.
• Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to resolve any issues related to import and export transactions.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of import and export processes to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international trade, customs brokerage, or related fields.
• Proficient in using customs clearance software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and logistics management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with English is a plus.
• Valid customs broker license or certification is a plus.
