📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate 3D models of buildings and infrastructure using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that BIM models are aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve any issues or conflicts in the BIM models.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and address any conflicts or overlaps in the BIM models.
• Prepare and deliver detailed BIM documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in BIM.
• Provide technical support and training to junior team members as needed.
• Ensure that all BIM deliverables meet project requirements and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building Information Modeling, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeller in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows, processes, and standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
• Valid work permit and visa for Bali.
