📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the head baker in preparing and baking a variety of pastries and bread
• Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistent quality and taste
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery
• Assist in inventory management and restocking ingredients
• Help with packaging and labeling baked goods
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining bakery equipment
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a baking or pastry role
• Knowledge of baking techniques and equipment
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Attention to detail and a passion for baking
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, lift, and move around the bakery
