Our manufacturing facility in Tangerang is equipped with the latest technology and state-of-the-art equipment, including automated production lines, advanced food processing systems, and comprehensive quality control measures. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals, including engineers, quality control specialists, and food safety experts, to ensure that our products are produced efficiently and safely.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our food production equipment, monitoring production processes, and implementing quality control measures. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections, testing, and sampling to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain food production equipment, including automated production lines, mixers, and packaging machines.
• Monitor production processes to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement quality control measures, including conducting regular inspections, testing, and sampling.
• Ensure that all products meet the strictest industry standards and regulations.
• Work closely with the quality control team to identify and resolve any issues or defects in the production process.
• Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that the facility is running efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, including HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP.
• Experience with food production equipment, including mixers, packaging machines, and automated production lines.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
