📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics to maintain optimal stock and minimize waste.
• Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer service.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement store improvement initiatives.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in inventory management meetings and contribute to overall retail strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in inventory management using SAP or similar software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in retail management or a related field is a plus.
