🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
