📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in Bali's tourism and hospitality sectors.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our market reach and enhance our presence in Bali.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hotels, resorts, tour operators, and local businesses.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform our business development strategies.
• Manage and track the performance of our business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of our business development plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development.
• Report on the progress and outcomes of our business development efforts to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of Bali's tourism and hospitality sectors.
