In this role, you will be responsible for daily fleet operations, including vehicle inspections, fuel management, and route optimization. You'll work closely with our drivers and logistics team to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. With eco-shop Malaysia, you'll have the chance to grow professionally while making a positive impact on the environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks using tools like Fleetio and SAP.
• Manage fuel purchases and monitor fuel consumption to ensure cost-effectiveness and environmental responsibility.
• Coordinate with drivers to optimize delivery routes and schedules, reducing travel time and fuel usage.
• Track and report on fleet performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless operations and timely deliveries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in fleet management and sustainability.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills in fleet management and software tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Proven experience using fleet management software such as Fleetio or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
